"Séjour court mais vraiment excellent dans cet hôtel aux excellentes prestations. Un très bon accueil dès la réception, des échanges par mail avant le séjour d’une parfaite réactivité pour satisfaire le client. Grande sympathie de tout le personnel qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Une chambre impeccable avec vue sur la place du Capitole. Très propre, rien à redire !! Literie très confortable aussi. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et varié par ailleurs. "

Get to the parking is a nightmare due to restricted and blocked downtown area. "Great location. Clean, quiet, nice. We had a 2 room suite, our only recommendation is to put a mirror somewhere outside the restroom since it is to be used by many persons. The entry hall is big and empty, a mirror and shelf would be useful. Also, the restroom has a very very strong lighting, all turned on at once, and one is directly in the mirror, for some persons that is very uncomfortable to the eyes. Separated illumination is necessary to have different light options. "

"Le bâtiment est bien situé, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre historique de la ville. Les installations de la chambre étaient très satisfaisantes. Elle est spacieuse et adaptée pour deux personnes, avec tout en bon état de fonctionnement. Le personnel nous a accueillis très chaleureusement. Le seul point négatif à signaler est que le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a eu un impact négatif lorsque nous avions besoin de connexion pour travailler."

"Very nice hotel in Toulouse. Fantastic and friendly staff. The hotel has seen its better days for wear and tear though. Carpets are stained and haven’t been changed in many years. Water stains on all the marble in the bathrooms is odd because one person armed with a spray bottle of polish and a floor or handheld buffer could restore the marble in 3-4 hours to look perfect. If they maintained it regularly would be so nice. AC controls don’t work. You have to ask front desk to control for your...
