"Excellent position in peaceful surroundings, right on the lovely beach with a large decked pool area. Good food in a very spacious dining area. We were in one of the huts in the garden which were just a short walk to the beach, beach bar, dining area and pool. Spacious, comfortable and very quiet. One slight negative: there are not enough parasols around the pool area. There was a local protest group blocking road access to the hotel for the duration of the stay. "The public area noise was overwhelming, and amplified noise continued each night until at least 11 pm. The food for breakfast left much to be desired, and the dinner options were very limited: either a tired buffet or a pleasant cafe at the water's edge with limited food options. We will not return or advise friends to visit Fleur d'Epee."

"Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests."

"Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. "Was what we expected- staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable. no house keeping, so no towel exchange for personal towels. Beach was clean but small, limited swimming. Kitchenettes was handy, some walkways are in need of repair, some beach in place wood umbrellas need repair. overall not dissatisfied - not elated."

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"
