"We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "

Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging."
