"オープンしたてのホテルで部屋の広さ、清潔さ、設備については申し分無かったですし、目の前にメコン川が流れ景色も格別、また中心街へもメコン川に沿って移動することで徒歩移動も難しくありませんでした。 スタッフの対応については、レストラン部門のスタッフの対応が秀逸で楽しむことができました。ただ、チェックインの際、リセプションスタッフの一人の面倒くさそうな対応が気になりました。もう一つは、wifiを繋げるのにホテルのアプリを入れなければならず、私は日本から持参したSIMカードで対応していましたが、施設の一部ではネットが使えなくなるなど不自由を感じることがありました。このアプリシステムについては、友人知人に勧める際に懸念材料として伝えています。 繰り返すようですが、こちらのホテルでの滞在はレストラン部門のスタッフによって充実した楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。感謝です。 "

"This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfasts because they had lots of options, even for a vegetarian like me. In addition, the staff was professional, kind and very helpful."
