"The breakfast was excellent, and the overall stay was pleasant. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was comfortable. The only downside was the checkout process. We had to wait while the front desk sent someone to inspect the room and confirm we hadn’t taken anything from the minibar before they would complete our checkout. It felt unnecessary and left an unfortunate final impression."
