"This is a perfect hotel for those wishing to have an authentic experience in Santiago. Right outside the door there are street performers, lots of people selling various items, a church and lots of bars and restaurants. If I’m back there, this is where I stay. The staff is unbelievably helpful."

"Quiet and safe location, spacious room, large bed. In room coffee maker with free Nescafe capsules, free Lavazza coffee maker in lobby. Rooftop pool with beautiful view and reasonable prices. Metro station round the corner, excellent restaurants within 10 min walk. Would choose again. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The area where the hotel is located is one of the best in Santiago. My only gripe is that there are no walkable breakfast options, thus you are stuck with the hotel breakfast, which is not a good value."
