"Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. We paid for a 3rd guest and it took them a long time to get us the rollaway bed. Also, an airport shuttle was advertised but unavailable at the hotel and they were arranging taxis which were over-priced for a 10minute drive. We also paid for a comprehensive hammam experience but they definitely didn’t offer us the whole hour and was more basic than advertised. The Wi-Fi is also unreliable.
