"Visited with my husband in early spring. Since it was off season was upgraded which was lovely! Desk staff friendly. Since it was early in the season some snow damage noted but was to be expected with the way the winters have been. "

"Hotel suite was very nice and clean and quiet. Only thing dishwasher was not emptied from previous guest. Also we booked a sauna and when we went for our booked time there was no one there providing direction or keeping wood going. Was not that hot. Also we were told there were robes as t the change room/lockers but no one there and no robes. Dinner at cliffside was delicious and nice atmosphere. Nice to be able to walk there from the hotel. Overall lovely time just think needs a bit more...

"We stayed overnight this past weekend for my birthday treat. It was a great experience, everyone was lovely and friendly including the guests. I'm guessing it's the ambiance of the place that makes everyone so accommodating and wonderful."

"The room was clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. It was difficult to find the extra parking when we got back late. The signage and the written description weren't very clear (it said it was the next driveway on the right but it isn't a one-way street so that only works if you're coming from direction they're expecting). They had sent a map as an attachment to the welcome email but I hadn't noticed that. "

"This is our second stay at this resort. We like this time of year because it is quieter. These are cottages built likely in the 50s, but they have been nicely updated and are clean and comfortable. They provide wood-burning fireplaces, as well as provide the wood, a workable kitchen with full electric stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. Good service from the staff and quick communications. Recommended."
