"I booked with them deluxe room with king bed ocean view, they tried to give me garden view and they were trying to convince me it is the best room in the hotel, my friend discovered that the room was garden view, when we told them, they took us to an ocean view room with with single beds, they tried to put the 2 beds togethers with 2 Matterses with 2 covers. I was so upset because they were trying to cheat me, I asked them for king bed or upgrade with king bed, they gave me the upgrade with king...

Mosquito marks on the walls, cracks not plastered, gaps in doors that allowed bugs and animals (geckos and frogs) to come inside, mosquito net in shower room with wide gaps…I would be expecting this not to happen in a 4 star hotel"
