"CheckIn process was wonderful. I forget her name but I think it was Carol (something with C) who checked us in and Maria who assisted her explained us the whole process. We could check in ealier and we were so thankful. Also did we got a room upgrade without additional cost. Someone helped us with our luggage and we could also enjoy the lunch in the hotel. The entertainment was cool. The Hotel was more on the kids side but we didn't care. The pool was nice and the beach very close. Unfortunately...

"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island.
