"We enjoyed our stay at Raven Hall immensely. The hotel in Ravenscar has an absolutely amazing position overlooking the bay, cliffs and beyond. We had a lovely warm room with sea view which was very comfortable and roomy. All staff very friendly and helpful, plus the buffet breakfast is brilliant. We have been a few times now and will definitely return."

"Upon arrival no staff was to be seen, but was polite and showed us to our rooms. A few hazards on entry grates raised up on tile flooring at entry ( trip hazard) lift doesnt work. We was there two nights no fresh towels or bedding. Had to buy our own toilet roll. Cleaness needs a good clean over, walls had stains, carpets need a good clean. Overall was warm, comfy. "Lovely place, really friendly and efficient staff.Nothing too much trouble and so helpful. Spotless! Great bar lounge and nice breakfast room. Had lovely room with four poster bed, after being upgraded . Slept like a log! Would def recommend. Only negatives would be tired looking carpets and expensive breakfast.
