"This is probably the best resort on the island by far. That being said, the check in and checkout times on my booking were not honored by the resort. Check in said 1pm, resort told me 2pm. "AMAZING staff. So incredibly warm and hospitable. 10/5 stars. I had a couple minor issues that were somewhat annoying. When I checked in I let staff know my room was missing a hairdryer and remote, and this was not replaced. Later than night I encountered a swarm of snails that had entered my unit. Of course not something hotel can control - it's the tropics. I asked to be moved to another room which was immediately accommodated. However upon arriving to the room I noticed there was no deadbolt....
