"Cody (the staff person at the front desk) was superb!!! Friendly, incredibly helpful, making sure and that the room and accommodations were to our satisfaction, assisting with an internet connection issue, asking and following up as to whether we needed anything, etc. Top notch in every regard!!!"

"Room was nice even though hotel is dated. Hotel has private mineral baths that are free. You can also pay extra for upgraded mineral baths and open air mineral bath on roof. We paid extra for mineral bath on roof and enjoyed looking at the stars. Hotel clerk was extremely helpful. "

"One must realize they're staying in an historical site. The views are amazing, the staff always friendly. If I had any issues,staff was willing to address as needed. After one nights stay, decided another was needed. Asked about availability in person, and was accommodated, even matched the price shown on Expedia. "Showed up late and last minute and still got the best service at Rio Grande Motel. The owner Sarah was very responsive to my messages and had my room ready for me even when I showed up after midnight. Clean and cozy and dog friendly. Very kind and professional, you can tell they care about making you comfortable here! Definitely recommend this place. "

"My best friend and my husband and I wanted to experience the hot springs and this home was the perfect place to stay for us. Everything about this home inside and out from top to bottom seemed brand new and was absolutely comfortable. We all commented on the comfort of the beds. Additionally, there was an ample snack basket, full size shower products, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this home."
