"The property was well laid out. I enjoyed the walk-out beach access that my room offered. My only negatives would be the food at the restaurant and the lack of parking. I ordered a NY strip and shrimp plate. The demi glaze sauce was TOO salty and made the steak inedible and the shrimp were charbroiled to a blackened state for a dish that was not blackened. To improve customer service, I would recommend daily housekeeping service rather than the COVID schedule that many facilities have adopted....

"The condo was well stocked with items needed to enjoy a home away from home. Lots of beach towels, and snorkeling gear. There were even some games for nights indoors. Being able to walk out to the patio, pool and beach so easily was great! The full moon over Bolongo Bay was beautiful. "

"This property is very close to the airport and was enjoyable watching planes take off and land. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beach is right off the restaurant/bar. There are plenty of lounge chairs and water sports right there. We rented a car but taxi service was right there when needed. You are 10 minutes from downtown with many shops and restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other...

"The view was amazing and the staff were very helpful and were the best I have seen, always there to help. Only issue was the noise from traffic right off road. Road was busy and room could use some sound insulation. RM 109. "
