"I liked the friendliness of the staff. Only pool service people were not that friendly. Around the corner starts the shopping mile. Very nice spacious and clean rooms. Crabtree soap etc. is wonderful."

"This hotel was lovely for a longer term stay. It is in an ideal location in the Glasgow City Centre, so there was easy access to shops and public transportation. The appliances were all brand new. Our only issues were that the bar across the street could be a bit loud at night and the pillows were rather firm and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and visit!"

"Very convenient if arriving by train to Glasgow Central. Lovely design, great bed, great staff. Not such a great area to be in late Friday night. Be prepared to see plenty of drunken/stoned nutters around (some also staying at the hotel)"

"Hotel was beautiful, staff were attentive & very kind, they gave us complimentary drinks vouchers as it was my husbands 60th, room was clean and the aesthetics were great however there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom "

"Lovely modern rooms, very clean, exceptionally friendly staff, bar area is excellent, breakfast buffet had a lot of choice. The hotel is very close to the OVO hydro, SEC Armadillo. I was very happy with my stay."

"Brilliant set up for families, wee kitchen with a fridge, hob and microwave and pans, utensils etc. Sofa bed in the living area and a door into the bedroom. Lovely clean facilities and the bed was really comfy. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we visit Glasgow"
