"The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food. "

"The breakfast was phenomenal, many steps above the usual meh cheese, cold cuts, and mediocre pastries. I don't normally take breakfast because it is usually so underwhelming, but I misunderstood and thought it was included in my room. However, I was very happy to pay the nominal amount for the outstanding quality freshness and variety of everything they had to offer."

Très bon emplacement en plein centre de la ville, nous avions retenu une place de parking à l’hôtel et conseillons aux futurs voyageurs de faire de même. "We had a nice stay after a long journey. Friendly receptionist on arrival. Free parking. The room was quite spacious and clean with a view of the lawns. We ate in the hotel restaurant and would definitely recommend the burger! Good location for Auchan supermarket to stock up on supplies."

"Une nuit dans cet hôtel. La réception des clés s'est passée sans souci, le monsieur a l'accueil très gentil, poli,courtois. La chambre plutôt propre. Surprise de voir un lavabo dans la chambre mais pas dérangeant. Chambre plutot propre. Endroit plutôt calme. A l'entrée, un distributeur de boisson qui fonctionne une fois sur 2. Cest dommage mais sinon rien a dire"

"Hôtel bien situé prés des magasins d'usines jouxtant un restaurant que je recommande pour sa cuisine et son bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel de l’hôtel est aimable, petit déjeuner bien garni est approvisionné en continu. Chambre propre et literie confortable. Ou cela pêche c'est la maintenance: Dans l'une des chambres nous avions une lampe de chevet "déglinguée", le chauffage de la salle de bain (souffleur) qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le sèche cheveux rafistolé par du scotch "
