"It was a pretty nice and quiet property during our stay in Fairbanks. I just wish the bed had been a king instead of a queen. I didn’t see a king while booking. Staff was nice. There is no breakfast on the property but they don have a 24hr snack shop. Free laundry room next to the gym. I would recommend "

"We loved our week at Chena Hot Springs. The Northern lights put on a fabulous display. The hot springs and the pool were wonderful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We were treated well by the staff. A quick dog sled ride was fun. Highly recommend this adventure in the remote resort. "

"Pleasantly surprised. The staff shines! Very friendly, helpful and available. The airport/ferry shuttle is a huge amenity and is really appreciated. I loved how the screened windows open to catch the fresh air. The property and rooms are very clean. It could use a bit of renovating, but the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and close-by food and shopping options outweigh any aesthetics. "When i got in at 1 am, they were very accommodating. Though the elevator is stll down, the rooms were very well kept. If you park at the property on a wet day, park on the tree side, the other side (Napa side) gets up to 4-6" of standing water in some spots."
