Very quiet village, with no restaurant or bars, and we weren't aware the host would cook meals on request. Our only complaints were not being able to eat in our room and new towels are required! "On 27th September 2024, I booked a stay at Hôtel Les Demoiselle through Hotels.com, only to find that the hotel was closed upon my arrival. This left me distressed and without a place to stay. Clearly, I did not receive the service I paid for as the hotel was CLOSED. So I contacted Hotels.com and Hotel Les Demoiselle for a refund but the hotel have refused to give me refund, they have also offered no justification for this.
