The bed was comfortable and the shower was fabulous with great water pressure. I would happily stay again. I’ve only deducted a star because I received several emails repeatedly trying to get me to use the electronic checkin rather than the reception staff, unnecessarily. "We had very pleasant stay in Artis hotel. We stayed in suite and it was very spacious with balcony with great views. Beds and pillows were especially comfortable! Friendly staff, nice reception by Rugilė. Best location, close to everything lnice restaurants and main attractions. I'd definitely come back again!"

"In itself a good place and location. Just felt the lobby was nice and modern but the room I was in felt very dated. No real feel to the room, just a bed and bathroom also no A/C room was very warm and no way of turning the heat down. Location is great, really close to Old Town and you can see the station from the window. Just felt the hotel could do with an uplift. "
