"A broken door mechanism should have been replaced - particularly in a room of this category. No turn-down service. Otherwise room is OK. The restaurant "the grill" was most disappointing, with two dishes not available and service either painstakingly slow or no service at all. The evening ended in a "Spur" manner with a little crowd deafeningly screaming "happy birthday" to some guests, in absolute oblivion of the tranquillity of the others. Definitely NOT what you would expect in a 5 Star...

"Amazing lodge in most amazing safari and game reserve park! Very well organized with breakfast lunch and dinner served in between the game drives. The food was super good and the wildlife guides and drivers are amazing! We saw so many wild animals!!! Ecen live chases of lions going for a kill. Hyenas ckeanung up left over carcasses.
