"Absolutely fantastic hotel! We received a warm welcome upon checking in, given a delicious drink and our room was perfect. The sofa bed had already been pulled out and the bed made for us so we could enjoy both beds in the room with no effort required. The TV system, air con/heating, room amenities and bathroom were all just perfect. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the vibe and decor of the downstairs area is so industrial and quirky, we loved it. We had an amazing nights...

"Ibis was what it needed to be, a hotel near the airport. No frills, nothing fancy, just a bed and hot shower. The room was very plain with some cute style. The restaurant in the lobby was good enough. Staff at check it were friendly. "

"Really nice hotel at terminal T5 Heathrow. Staff are really helpful. Downside is drink and food prices, which are extortionate. You get a much better deal if you book directly with the hotel and become an Accor member. Free welcome drink for two, which is great, and room upgrades with a free mini bar. You do not get this if you book with Expedia."

"This is a lovely airport hotel, well designed, quiet and ticks all the boxes for a stay pre or post your trip. I had a pleasant dinner however the bar food service was a little hit and miss - I had to jump up twice to go and get things from the entrance desk. There was no explanation of how things worked, if someone came to take order or if you ordered at the bar, basic thing really. The staff there were pleasant just seemed a little untrained and over stretched, Food was ok and the rooms very...
