"The room was well designed and nice. Wished the check-out was not so early. It was at 10am and I have mostly experienced check-outs at 11am. Also, the way to enter the building and room was complicated and relies too much on your phone working. Whished there was a code for the entrance door and your room - in case your phone dies. "

Der Kühlschrank war defekt. Die Duschkabine war defekt,...

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."
