"I chose to stay at Enclave over Big 4 where I'm a member for a few reasons 1. The cost per night is a lot cheaper for a cabin at Enclave 2. It's quieter at Enclave perhaps due to less children or well behaved children and 3. The cabin was pre-warmed for our arrival and the heating including hot water was very welcoming. "

"The apartment was comfortable and the service was very efficient. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay would've been perfect if it were not for the noise. There must've been something not right about the building - we could hear people chatting outside our door. Many times during the night, while we were in bed, we could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us. "

"Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. "We arrived late so only saw the property the next morning before we left. What we saw looked great. Check in was easy especially as it was dark. Communication with the host was great. Facilities were great, especially the huge shower head. The only thing I would have liked were more kitchen facilities eg a toaster and bowls. Overall it was lovely and we would definitely stay again. "
