"Property was clean and renovations are a nice improvement. Only issue I had was that I had booked a handicapped accesible room and when I asjed the desk clerk at check in if the room I was getting was indeed an accessible room. Clerk stated all rooms were accessible since rennovations. I dropped my luggage off, went to my meetings and didnt realize until late that evening that my walker wouldn't even fit through the bathroom door!! This is not a handicapped accessible room!!! "The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The service could not have been any better! I think his name was Rob, he checked us in and we saw him several times throughout the stay. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Continental breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I would very highly recommend this hotel!"
