"First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. "Stayed here for 2 nights, my room was on the top floor and there’s no lift, and there was a lot of stairs to walk; this my only negative side. You can control the heating in your room by entering your 4 digit code! Busy area for shopping, party, and eating out. Located next to Glasgow Queen street station and few minutes walk to central station. The room was very big and spacious. "I have already written a review this is just an extra part to that.. this property is a must go to,I was originally here for 3 nights and booked an extra night as it was that great! The rooms were just divine. Super cosy. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking etc. the two woman staff I met were just fantastic aswell, so pleasant & helpful!
