"Customer service was poor. The pull out bed was broken and the couch was uncomfortable. Requested a bed. Customer service said someone would come by and see it. No one ever came to see it and no bed was brought. The rest of our stay was uncomfortable. I asked for compensation and never received it."

"I stayed here for an extended stay after relocation from my apartment. I had been staying in the same unit and it was not expressed as to for my second extension I was to be relocated. I received a call in the middle of the work day saying I needed to move all my stuff. I was met with a rude temperament and absolutely no consideration for my circumstance. "I couldn’t quite get the plug in stove to work. But overall it was an alright stay!!"

"When we arrived the room was not on the oceanside. We stayed there 1 night but we had people on both sides that were up until after 2. Walls are super thin so we dis not sleep. The next morning the girls at the desk gave us a new room for the inconvenience and it was so beautiful we decided to stay an additional night. The pool was across from our room and we were steps away from the ocean. We would 100% stay here again! "

"The check in attendent gave us wrong directions to the best place to park for our room. Therefore, we had many stairs to climb and a longer walk to our room than was necessary. We did not discover the easier way to our room for two days. The room was nice and clean but also had a lot of stairs to climb. We would not have stayed there if I had know about the many staircases. "

"Wasn’t sure what to expect. Thought it was a hotel but it’s actually a condo property that rents out individual units. The unit was very clean and the staff were all super nice. The quality of the furnishings and linens is pretty cheap. Missing things you’d normally find in a hotel like having coffee available to make in the rooms. We were in Mashpee for a non vacation reason and so this was perfectly fine for our needs. "

"Having the extra half bathroom was especially helpful for our family. The unit was thoughtfully stocked, with full soap dispensers at every sink, air fresheners in each bathroom, plenty of paper products, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, garbage bags, and clean linens for our full week of occupancy. The building was very secure and conveniently located. Check in and check out instructions as well as amenity descriptions were helpful, and our chat messages were generally answered...
