"The A/C wouldn’t go below a certain temp even when we dropped it lower. The TV being off to the side so one bed could view it was odd. The sprinklers were also covered, making the room a fire hazard and illegal according to Massachusetts law. The bathroom didn’t have a working fan, so it got steamy and the water condensation was everywhere. I did like that we were able to get a discount at the restaurant next door."

"Great friendly staff, very nice location and food at the bar/restaurant was excellent! Coffee maker was kinda busted and did notice a stain on the comforter, which is odd for an expensive stay, but would definitely stay there again 👍"

"Everything at walking distance, including the subway. The parking very convenient Rooms very quiet and extra clean, towels and bedsheets fresh and clean everyday. Room service very efficient. "I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"
