"Super convenient in downtown Boston, and the self service check-in/checkout was great. Communication was absolutely outstanding. The room was exactly what we expected… Small,, tidy, just enough. Hot water for the shower was nonexistent though. And while we appreciate the coffee pot and pods, there was only decaf (nobody drinks decaf!). We would stay again, but fingers crossed for the hot water."

"Great location however I think the owners were trying to sweat us out. We asked them to help with the temp and they just gave us a second box fan. We woke up and went to sleep in about 95 degrees. This is intended to be a long term option so hospitality is limited. You will need to ask for extras, if needed. No one answers the phone on the weekend. The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. "The staff was great. The walls are really thin so I heard both the couple to my left and right well into the night. I had a slight problem at checkout because I had paid Expedia for my stay but somehow the transaction never posted to my reservation at the hotel. It took over an hour to remedy this but that was on Expedia, not the facility. "

"The check in attendent gave us wrong directions to the best place to park for our room. Therefore, we had many stairs to climb and a longer walk to our room than was necessary. We did not discover the easier way to our room for two days. The room was nice and clean but also had a lot of stairs to climb. We would not have stayed there if I had know about the many staircases. "

"Honestly this was one of the best furnished apartments I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot for work. My partner and I came with another couple and we all kept saying how we wished we had booked a few extra nights. The place was super clean, modern, and honestly way bigger than we expected lol. First night we accidentally got the wrong door code but the host fixed it in like two minutes which was amazing. The living room became our hangout spot every evening and we even cooked dinner together...
