"Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't...

"Apartments were very centrally located, right next to the stadium and town. Very clean and very comfortable. Easy check in system. Will stay again. "

"Nice characterful room, very clean, bit faded. Had to chase to get check-in details, but all smooth when I did. One of the mattresses was really soft, but I could sleep on the other bed."

"The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant."

"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Fantastic staff. So friendly. Nothing to much bother for them. My daughter loved the chandelier. Room and bathroom very clean. Beds very comfortable. We will definitely be back "

"The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable with a massive bed and lovely shower. I did find the staff weren't particularly helpful when I was checking in and I had to ask for several things to be explained, like where breakfast is served and where to go, etc. My room was at the back of the property and the window faced a very brightly lit stairwell opposite which illuminated the edge of the blackout curtain as if it was daylight overnight. There was also no net or voile curtain...
