"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "

"Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

"Enjoyed 2 night stay here last weekend. Top location. Only a few mins walk from Dante Metro Station, cafes, bars and restaurants. Accommodation is excellent and of a very high standard. Stayed with my 13 year old son was perfect on so many levels for both of us. Maria and the young guy on reception were very helpful throughout our stay. You won't be disappointed if you book up. Can't recommend enough."

"Majoitus sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla ja sinne on helppo päästä metrolla. Gemma lähetti hyvät ohjeet, kuinka hänen luokseen pääsee. Hän oli muutoinkin erittäin avulias ja antoi hyviä vinkkejä Napolin kohteista. Saimme jopa pitää huoneemme hieman pidempään lähtöpäivänä ilman lisämaksua, joka oli hieno kädenojennus. Aamiainen oli maukas ja huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä teki hyvää helteisellä säällä. Vahva suositus tälle majapaikalle!"

"The room was super clean, and appeared to be recently updated. The host was super responsive and helpful with recommebdations, strping our bags after checkout, etc. "

"Very good location in the middle of everything. It’s a bit tricky to find it but once you do it you’ll be very pleased that you chose them. It’s very clean and modern with the nice sheets for a comfortable sleep. The shower is small but the bathroom is clean and smells jasmine. Coffee is really good. Not a fan of the breakfast pastries because they have too much dough."

"What we liked was the location that was close to the historic centre of Naples and the staff who were very helpful and friendly. What we didn’t like: we had to pay 50 cents every time we wanted to take the elevator ( very old and under maintenance), which meant that we could not use it every time : actually 2-3 times we had to take the stairs (we were at 3rd floor). The room was small and there was no where to put the luggage to open it. The coffee shop where they gave us the coupon to use for...

"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."

"The room was very clean, comfortable and full of modern amenities. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful with tips for local food and shopping spots. My only complaint is that I did not stay here longer. Highly recommend this property when visiting Naples."
