"The Hotel is fairly old and the hallways need new rugs and sprucing up. Because of the Indian Wells tennis tournament, paying nearly $500 per night was excessive. The bright spot was Jason at the front desk he is amazing "

"The service at the pool was excellent! Neil was awesome! The games area was a nice touch and provided some entertainment in our down time! The shops on El Paseo are within walking distance. The only negative comments I would have are there needs to be a kettle in the room, the coffee maker doesn’t make good tea. Also the corkscrew did not work, need a better quality one to open wine. The resort fee per day is extremely high for what you get. This would prevent us from going back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. Located in a convenient location close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The rooms were quiet, spacious, spotless and comfortable. Special thanks to Ashlee who went above and beyond. "

"When I got to my room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new key. That didn't work either. Ihad to go back again, they called maintenance and he could not fixt the lock so I had to be moved to a new room. Very annoying."

"The hotel is really decorated nicely. I love the tiles in the bathroom, the beautiful bar and outside patio with fountain. The staff was friendly and accommodating Shout out to Summer who took the time to show us to our room and point out the amenities. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It was not firm. "

"Beautiful grounds and loved the flamingos & black swans. The pool lounge chairs were very uncomfortable and loungers with cushions for rent were virtually empty. Also, wifi was sketchy around the pool area and made a coffee in our room on our last day and it curdled due to outdated (by a month) creamers"

"The territory of the hotel is unique. There are a lot of citrus trees here and the smell is absolutely incredible in March . Everything is quiet, peaceful, cozy and beautiful."

"Property and amenities are great. Food was good from the pool area and convenient. Rooms were clean and nice, a bit warn as expected for a heavily used vacation spot. $25 a day parking was a bit steep but typical now days. "
