"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you are looking for the fun fibe of Key West. Parking was an additional charge but well worth the extra money. On the day we checked out we could extend the parking two hours at no extra charge. Breakfast is included. The exterior of the buildings is a bit tired as the building is over 100 years old but the room was comfortable and clean. "

"Good value overall, only parking can be a little hectic. Room is a little small, but is clean. The main concern is the bathroom where the tiles have a lot of brownish substance. Water is not very hot. Breakfast is good."

"Like many Hotels today, there are not enough hooks to hang more than one towel to dry. The sink in the bathroom goes with the decor but there is no place to lay out your toiletries. Very high tub and a wooden floor partition that is a trip hazard so not recommended for Seniors like us even though the location was right at street level and the Restaurant across the room. They only have 10 Parking spots so get there early and avoid taking the car out! "
