"Overall a very positive stay. The staff and the cats were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the location was excellent. Only mild negative was the condition of the room. The sink was clogged and despite a request was never fixed. The blinds were missing a slat allowing guest to see into the room. Despite this the positives far outweighed the negatives. Kudos to Trent, Patrick and the rest of the team. "

"Nice bed&breakfast in a good area. We loved the proximity to South Beach. We used the parking garage down the street and paid $20 for 24hours, not bad for the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast. Good experience and would definitely recommend. "

"Beautiful historical inn in great location. However, definitely not sound proof rooms as we had to listen to conversations of guests next room over. Also, so much street noise from passing cars and trucks made it very noisy inside our room. We picked room 205 for the balcony. If you select other rooms, you probably won’t have this problem. "
