This hotel was good. It was far from downtown. Had to take taxi or uber to get around. The breakfast was great. Front desk couldn’t speak English very well. Not a lot of staff spoke English. Room was big.

Close to all major attractions near the falls. Overall nice place, good staff and they were accommodating. A little off the beaten path but it was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful - the whole family had something to eat as there were many options. Pleasant stay overall.

We had some issues with communication when making our reservations but they were resolved when we arrived, and were able to talk in person. We rented two rooms. One had a problem with the AC unit but we found out one of our children had left the window cracked open, and that kept the air conditioner off. We made use of the pool, the breakfast included with our reservations, and one evening meal. Overall, a pleasant experience.

This hotel is a little far, but it is a good one; rooms were clean and swimming pool was fun. We had a comfortable stay; breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food and drinks. I wish the menu would be a little different for breakfast and dinner

We had a good stay

The hotel looks new and beautiful, but the location is isolated and there is nothing around, you wouldn’t be able to go out for a walk or buy something to eat, even to go to the Iguaçu national park it’s a 20 minute ride, if you are driving, might be a good option, but if you need to use Uber or taxi like we did, there might be better options. The staff is courteous and the room condition is Ok, the bathroom has no fan so we saw some mold formation, somehow inevitable I guess

O hotel é muito confortável. O café da manhã é gostoso, mas para quem fica muitos dias, fica muito repetitivo. Fica longe do centro, para descansar é uma maravilha, sem barulhos. Queria destacar o atendimento do Felipe, que me atendeu na recepção, todas as vezes me passando informações preciosas.

Hotel longe de tudo !!!

Hotel muito distante do centro de Foz do Iguaçu e dos pontos turísticos. Fica muito afastado, em uma espécie de zona rural da cidade, onde estão transformando plantações em condomínios fechados residenciais. A questão da distância de tudo, atrapalha muito. Também quando chegamos no hotel solicitamos travesseiros extras, pois só tinha um para cada pessoa, fino e de má qualidade, levou 3 dias para fornecerem os travesseiros, informavam que tinha ido para lavanderia e não tinha voltado, absurdo não ter travesseiro para fornecer. Café da manhã achei muito simples, e jantar que oferecem ao custo de R$ 85,00 por pessoa (Buffe livre) também no meu julgamento, é simples para o valor cobrado. Na contrapartida, a piscina é muito bacana, água aquecida, etc. Fica a sugestão dos postos a melhorar.

Hotel muito bom, recomendo. Atendimento foi perfeito. As meninas responsável pelo café da manhã e janta são extremamente carinhosas, sempre preocupadas em bem servir além de serem muito simpáticas. Único ponto negativo é a localização do hotel, muito afastado. Mas recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Quartos amplos, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã bacana, tem piscina que ajuda muito nos dias quentes, só o Wi-Fi que não suportou a alta temporada de janeiro e ficava caindo toda hora mas tirando isso nota 10. A localização é ponto negativo, fica a uns 10km do centro, 10 km da ponte da amizade e uns 25 das cataratas, porém não foi ruim pra mim pq eu estava de carro.
