Seul bémol s'il en faut un : il semblerait que votre personnel ne soit pas tous sur la même longueur d'onde en ce qui concerne les tarifs .. lorsque j'ai posé la question du Spa , on m'a dit à la réception que c'était 15€ par personne , alors que sur l'intranet "client" de l'hôtel, il est indiqué que l'accès au Spa est compris dans le prix de la chambre.
D'ailleurs lors du départ je n'ai eu aucune question sur l'utilisation ou non du spa.
