"The property was perfect apart from location. However, after working out the bus service it was fine. The room was adequate, bathroom good. Friendly staff, a busy road ran past the side, but after walking all day I slept like a log. The room had everything you would need, toilet rolls, handwash liquid, towels, wash-up liquid, scrubber, cooking facilities, fridge, kettle and microwave. "Great location just outside the old town centre, ideal if you want to be dropped off outside the hotel by taxi like I did. It's a quiet area and near public transport. I was in one of the bigger rooms and it was wonderful. Good use of space with layout and a very comfortable room. Staff and owners were friendly and owners were super with fixing the safe in my room. Would recommend."

"The flat is perfectly located in Warsaw's Old Town, and is close to all main activities and museums. The flat offered all the necessary amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the host was very responsive and with excellent recommendations. "This residence is perfect. Communication was phenomenal when scheduling transfers to and from the airport. The room was very spacious and cleaned perfectly. The tub and shower are huge and have superb water pressure. Hot water is long lasting and great too. The hotel is in the heart of an international district with different foods, shops, and other activities in close walking distance. I can’t say enough things about how much we enjoyed the hotel. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful. I booked a room with a lounge access which was a big waste of money. The lounge was terrible. Nothing to eat during the day. Cakes cost extra money as if it’s not enough the extra money I paid to have access to the lounge. A big disappointment. "
