"Our experience was excellent from start till end! Staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. They seemed to enjoy being there and brought a good vibe to the place. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and spacious even for the standard rooms. Wellness and dining spaces were also stunning and with perfect views of the Matterhorn. "The hotel is good overall for the location and staff and room. The facility is little bit old. The only issue is the shuttle service. Hotel never mentioned the shuttle service is available for picking up so we went to hotel by self. When leaving, hotel arranged shuttle service to train station and claimed hotel will pay but the driver asked us to pay since hotel didn’t give him ticket. That is terrible arrangement."
