"My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We did the preferred club and the observatory was amazing for the preferred club members. Recommendations for dinner is to get there 10-15 minutes before they open as there is a long wait we learned that the first time. Food was excellent compared to the reviews I have seen and great variety. Daniel at the French restaurant was amazing and Omar and Hugo at the preferred club were excellent and super accommodating. "

"To begin, the communication and attention from guest services especially Yasmin was over the top. Like staying at a 5star resort. Welcoming us and making us feel like we made the right decision from the get go. From organizing a birthday event for our youngest while we were there to arranging contacts with rental car agents, private tours to Chichen Itza and more. "Very nice hotel. The location is great and every room has a fridge. There is a great grocery across the street so we bought sandwich fixings, water, snacks, etc. Beds are very firm, but that was ok with us. No hairdryer, bar soap or washcloths, but knowing that in advance, we brought our own. Very nice pool and beach area and the restaurant is very good."

"Ventus Ha, part of a 3 Hotel group with Marina El CID and Ventus. Ventus Ha is more modern and more adult oriented, with rooftop pools and bars. With access to 3 surrounding hotels and marina, there is plenty to do at these resorts. Only downside is the restaurant reservations, which were always booked for times between 5 and 9pm, if possible book ahead by calling resort. Overall great accommodations"

"The room was clean and comfortable! The bed was clean and comfortable for sleeping. There was AC. The bathrooms were nice and they provide clean towels. The balcony for my room with hammock/swings was perfect for relaxing! The pool is clean and the breakfast was great. The staff is very helpful! "The owner Tom went above and beyond! We had a small situation at check in (we had changed our reservation last minute) but Tom was able to help correct it and we were incredibly happy and grateful! We even walked us around and showed us a couple places to eat and helped us rent a car. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected and very fresh. We look forward to returning soon 😁"

"This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing.
