"The staff throughout the facility was excellent. We had reserved a room with a King bed, upon arrival we were told that wasn't available. The person at the front desk was outstanding and made compensations for the lack of the King. The room was better (two queens) and the upgrade to breakfast was great. My wife was not happy with the lack of grab/safety bars on the tub. Maybe next time we will opt for another room with these features. Thank you for a great place and exceptional staff....

"This is my new "go to" when visiting of traveling through Redding. This is my second stay this year. The staff makes you feel at home, the location is perfect. The property feels safe. The housekeepers do an amazing job. There is breakfast in the morning that has everything that you will need to get the day going. I adore the front desk staff, especially the evening person. "I read in a review from January that the hot tub was not working, I would have thought that it being April now that it would be fixed. But no hot tub! We would have booked our stay somewhere else because this is important to us. Everything else was fine. The staff are great! The landscaping needs work. Weeding, pruning and mulch. The little bit of grass that is there has weeds and is sparse. The mirror in our bathroom is worn. Comfortable bed, quiet room "
