Der Strand ist fussläufig gut erreichbar - sowohl öffentliche Strandanschnitte als auch kostenpflichtige Abschnitte mit Liegen und Schirm. Vom Hotel gab es kostenlos kleine Sonnenschirme. Störend war die Bahnlinie, die unmittelbar hinter den Häusern verlief. Die Fenster waren zwar sehr gut isoliert - laut war es trotzdem. Das Problem betrifft aber viele Anlagen dort in Follonica"
