"First time here. Right across from the Train Station making it very easy to get too. The staff was amazingly polite and friendly. Loved the room, the mattress and pillows made me have the best nights sleep and when we went out for dinner, most of the area around there is walkable and some good dinner selections. Coming back here."

He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again. "I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
