"In a great spot with easy tram link to New street Station and a short walk to the Utilita Arena. plenty of places to eat around and about. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast great and my VIP upgrade to an Executive room the icing on the cake."

Great location for an overnight with a lovely bar
"Lovely rooms, great mini bar with cute little mugs. Comfortable beds but pillows need a refresh. Breakfast was good- beautiful setting, but timings and temperatures need addressing. Bar was outstanding. Service overall was very good."
