"First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away. Room is clean and nice. "1. I mailed them in your app twice. They did not reply. It was indeed stressful for me! 2. They should refine their write up and say that they will pick you up from the Mega Mall which is just beside the Batam Center Ferry. 3. "We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"
