"I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious. "

"This was sour 3rd time staying at this property. We love it here. It’s spacious, clean, quiet, tranquil, and great for families. We’ve enjoyed all the beautiful sunsets from our oceanfront condo. We look forward to coming back. "

"今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。"

"Pros: Amazing views from the condo of the beach and ocean; we did not use the pool on the property, but it looked nice. Easy to walk into town. Spacious 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom. Easy to park at the property. Friendly people. Cons: Condo is in need of a refresh - damaged drywall, vent is caked with dust, screen door is off track and difficult to open/shut, kitchen is pretty well equipped, but chipped plates (one was clearly repaired with some type of glue). When we arrived, there was sand...

"Very nice place. All new, clean and the room was SO spacious. The pool is amazing for the kids especially. The pool restaurant was perfect but Piko for dinner was more average. The emplacement of the resort is a bit far from the action (Kona town) so you really need a car. Having said that, our 4 nights was perfect and I would got back. "

"Nicely updated older hotel with a fun vibe. The young lady at the front counter could use some lessons in customer service and making customers feel welcome. The young man and day staff did an amazing job! Location is great to walk all of downtown from and is quiet at night. No option for daily housekeeping was disappointing. The parking lot is tight, was packed full every night and they charge $25 Daily for parking."
