Second time that my wife and I have stayed at the Pacific Monarch and really enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Having a mini kitchen was very nice and the fact that the hotel its located just a very short walk from the beach in Waikiki is another plus. We plan on returning to Hawaii some day and plan on booking a room at the Pacific Monarch Hotel.

The best thing about the property is the location. It was close to everything, from beach to stores, restaurants, bars. The staff was also excellent, very nice and helpful. The only thing that need improvement is housekeeping, other than the fact that they only clean every 3 days but no one comes daily to ask if we need new towels or take out trash. Also, the tv is very old so remote was giving us problems throughout the stay. Other than that, i would highly recommend the hotel.

Very nice property only one block in from Waikiki on Kuhio St. easy walk to the beach and still a great combo view of ocean, city and mountains. Great private lanai. Staff was very nice at the front desk. It’s an older building but updated and clean. Would definitely stay again

Nice Hotel combination Private ownership building, close to all shops and dining in Waikiki. Friendly staff and even provided Beach Chairs and Umbrella for us to use. It is older but they kept it in shape, we were on the 28th floor with partial ocean view.

Our stay at the Pacific Monarch was excellent! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, our view from the 19th floor hotel room were excellent and the room was well appointed and clean. Only thing missing was a t-towel, which we later learned could/should have been requested from housekeeping. We would definitely stay there again.
