"Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. "Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry. It is also located close to a nice little park with a Tesco just around the corner. My only complaint was that the shower head was mouldy, and when I changed the pressure a fair bit of mould came out (luckily not onto me!), the rest of the apartment was good but this let it down."

"Reception was great. Breakfast was full but takes a little while although there was not full vegetarian breakfast due to lack of halloumi and hash browns on first day and no halloumi on third day. Ate elsewhere on second day. Rooms 2 and 4 were slightly smaller than expected but it is at a reasonable price. All staff were great. Would stay again and let them know we want veggie in advance of visit. "

Ett par punkt som trakk ned: Fikk 2 forskjellige adresser for hvor vi skullle bo og hvilken leilighet vi skulle ha Kaldt i leiligheten og vi fikk ikke skrudd opp varmen. En alarm som gikk av hvert minutt som vi ikke fikk skrudd av."

"Hotel is fantastic, very quiet location and the staff I met were very friendly and polite. I had an issue with the temperature of my room, its was absolutely freezing to the point I was sleeping with a coat but when informed the staff sorted me out within twenty minutes. Rooms are very quiet and to a rather high standard. Overall, the location was good and I would recommend. "
