Day 1: As we tried to check in the guy working the front desk didn't make our key to the right room so we couldn't get in. It took 5 tries and finally someone else came to help him. As we walked into the room there was a white washcloth with black on it laying on the sink. The remote for the TV didn't work. there were only 3 pillows on a king size bed for 2 people. We left and came back to the room
and went to bed.
Day 2: We woke up to no hot water in the sink or shower. So, we called the front desk, and the maintenance man came to ck the hot water. Thats when he told us this room was put out of service and they put you in here anyway. We voiced our displeasure of the towel's pillows and hot water problem. He said he was going to try and fix it while we were out. But when we returned, he said he couldn't do it. And contact the front desk about a new room, but it was a standard room with no amenities which we had booked a king superior room. So, we had to pack and move to another building with lots of steps, to the new room. So, we get to our room, and it had lights that didn't work, and the curtains was falling off the curtain rod. So, my boyfriend fixed the curtain. Then we noticed we didn't have a fridge to put our medicine in and no ice from the broken ice maker. So, we had to go buy ice to put in our cooler for the medicine. We also didn't have a microwave or hairdryer. We asked about a discount since we moved but the front desk clerk said ask the owner.
