I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...
