"Every bit of our stay was amazing! Our room was plenty big for the four of us, beds were comfy, and AC worked perfectly. The property was so beautiful and so much to see and do. The pools, the slides and the breakfast were definitely the highlight. My kids didn’t want to do anything else but play ..."

Disappointing hot springs but very clean
"Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities and good service. Rooms are ok, very clean but the bathrooms are a bit rustic and need updating. Thermal pools vary a lot in temperature and were a bit underwhelming as we expected them to be hot.only annfee were warm. Overall it’s a nice stay but was disappointed ..."
