"Excellent location, a 10 min walk to Orchard Road. The staff were really friendly and assisted us with any requests we had. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the building. The room was spacious and comfortable however the cleanliness could be improved. There were crumbs on the sofa and floor when we checked in. The room was dusty and the bedding was quite old. "

"I rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children in 4 days. Die Zimmer selbst sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man teilweise etwas), allerdings gab es keine Defekte o.ä. Ein Punkt, den ich weniger gut fand, ist die Aufteilung der Standard-Suiten. Ja, es gibt zwei WCs, was erst mal super ist. Allerdings ist das Bad nur durch eine Tür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, zum Schlafzimmer aber mehr oder weniger offen. Ja, die Glasscheiben, die das Bad vom Schlafzimmer trennen,...

"Excellent , faultless 2 night stopover . Brilliant pre arrival comms thru WhatsApp so I could self check in due to likelihood of arriving after 7pm when reception closed ; two key codes for outer door and key box by lift . Spotlessly clean and very well appointed room inc. hob,washer,cooking utensils, large TV . Decent bathroom with big shower cubicle . Excellent in room WiFi . By prior arrangement left my suitcase to wander round, leaving before reception opened then dropped in early afternoon...

"Overall it is a good place to stay, centrally located although taking MRT may need to change few train lines to reach the destination. Air-cond fan in the master room is too noisy and setting it to the lowest level doesn’t help. "

"Es ist eine Residenz, kein Hotel. Ich war 20 Tage in dieser Residenz und habe mich dort gut gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, aber nicht besonders praktisch. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, eine Schuhablage, einige Haken… eben so die kleinen Details. Die Hotelgäste sind ein Mix aus Touristen und Geschäftsleuten. Das Frühstück und die Snacks am Nachmittag waren ausreichend. Etwas mehr Abwechslung auf dem Buffett wäre gut gewesen, aber es war trotzdem in Ordnung. Der Pool ist ganztägig...

"This new hotel is worth the stay. It is in a central location to Holland Village shops, several bus stops and the MRT. The hotel offers many amenities (pool, gym, laundry services, grab&go breakfast) and offers spacious common areas and rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful our entire stay."
