"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment. While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. "A lovely property in an excellent location. It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Marina bay Sands shops, as well as to the Merlion, Clarks Quay and china town. It is only a 5 minute walk to the blue and red MRT lines. The staff and facilities were wonderful. The staff was very helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Singapore. "

"This is a very well designed & practical place to stay. The kitchenette room was excellent, because it included a washer/dryer - tho it took 5h vs 1.5h to do a load of laundry 😂 - but still better than going to a laundromat. The room was very comfortable & quiet with great bed, decent A/C, kitchen, furniture & bathroom. What makes this hotel great is its very spacious and nicely air conditioned working lobby area with individual work tables, sofas and shared tables where you can get work...

"We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day. The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road. We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time."

"I rented an apartment with 3 bedrooms for 4 adults and 2 children in 4 days. I came on Saturday, the room was large and clean, quite satisfied at first.However, the service wasn't good at all. - I only could catch the free bus from the hotel to the city centre, but not from the centre to the city. When I complained with the staff at reception, she said, the bus could not stop because too much public tranports there (even she was not there), and if I want to come back I have to wait at other...

"Really nice venue for a family holiday in Singapore. The staff were helpful and the facilities were great, including the pool. O Minor suggestion for improvement is to have more cutlery and clothes pegs. "

"The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. The location is fantastic and in the heart of the city. They don't have a restaurant but do offer breakfast. The rooms are plush and comfortable and well equipped for an apartment-hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again. "

"My family stayed here for two nights from Friday to Sunday at a room rate of 250 SGD per night for three people, but the shower had no hot water. The elevator and room access cards were unreliable and difficult to use. The hallway and lobby looked very old and untidy. The only good thing about this hotel was its convenient location."
