"Best view ever! Loved to be as close to the water as possible and 40 feet is great. The carpet needs replacing and the unit is old. But I was fine with that. Was out walking and snorkeling most of the time. "

"The unit we were in was well designed for comfort and privacy and was also very well equipped with kitchen utensils. There were plenty of outlets and light sources. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the beach. "

"Third time staying at this property, and it is a great place to stay in the west side area. Safe area within walking distance for restaurants and beaches. Plenty of parking and there is a nice shopping center nearby for all your needs. It is not a luxury resort but it has everything needed, and having two baths with laundry is great. "

"Great place right along the ocean with great views! Only down side is there’s no AC but it wasn’t too bad. The ocean breeze was a nice way to cool off. We went during spring break in April, maybe summer time would be more uncomfortable without the AC. We could see turtles in the water right from the condo’s windows and balcony. Over all, it was spacious and lovely. "

"We were thrilled by our good fortune when we stepped in to get such a nice place at the price we paid. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well-equipped. Our room contained a washer, dryer, and detergent (no coins or cards required, yay!). The beautiful beach and public park was across the street.
