"Firstly, there is no front desk at this hotel. When we arrived the driver gave us a key, told us where to go and left. We were left to carry all our luggage and sleeping baby ourselves. There was no hot water on arrival. There was a note explaining to turn the hot water heater on. I turned it on and 5 hours later the water was warm at best. "Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait.
