"We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."

"It's clean, close to a station, has some decent amenities. Just really small and I found it impossible to find any way to make the room not smoulderingly hot. There's only so much you can use on the ac units and the windows won't even crack open. I got horrible sleep. So if you sleep hot, not a great place when it's 60 or over outside."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing to walk to many different places and train lines were accessible. The room was small however we knew what we were signing up for and it worked for our needs. Checkin and out was smooth, cant comment on communication too much as we had no issues during our stay so it wasnt necessary. My partner and I would both happily stay here again. "

"Hotel room is small but enough for 2 people. You only have space to open 1 medium size luggage but the room is clean. You pay what you get, conveniently located, and quiet which is very important after a long and tired day. I would definitely come back. "

"Right next to the train station, with plenty of options nearby for food and shopping at walking distance. Easy to navigate to other parts of Osaka from the hotel. And was able to book tickets to places at the front desk, which was super helpful. The view was beautiful from the room as well. "

"Beautiful property and staff were amazing. There is a mall under hotel with a convenience store and many high end shops. Just didn’t get enough time to enjoy the facilities. There was an additional charge to use the pool which is ridiculous."

"Easy and many self service check in kiosk made everything quick. Staff is there to help if needed. Hotel is above Osaka Station and shopping mall so literally every convenience is down the elevator. Rooms were decent size for Japan standards. Everything was clean and hotel provides daily housekeeping which our other hotels did not. The only small tiny ding is the location. You’re about 1 to 2 subway stops from the major Osaka attractions but we did not mind at all. Highly recommend especially...

"A really beautiful room with a view to match. This room had everything we needed for a comfortable three night stay. The location was good, but if you want to be close to ‘the action’ you may want to find a place closer, as it was either a 30 minute walk into the centre or a metro ride in. One thing I really appreciated in the room was the bathroom mirror - it has excellent lighting, and made it a pleasure to do my makeup. The Phillips hairdryer was also a pleasure to use!"
